Google adsense follows pay per click program or simply PPC. This is based on the principle that visitors will visit your website for your contents and if they click on the relevant advertisements or ads in your website, then you will be awarded. The visited people on your website can be represented with the term page impression in your google adsense account. PPC will show your pay per click revenue from your website ads.
One important thing to note here is the content you are writing. Content is the King here for google adsense. A blog or website with good search engine friendly content will be beneficial to increase your adsense earnings. Here the term search engine friendly means the contents or keywords that are searched mostly by the people. If you have some good contents with you and google will be very happy to place the relevant ads for your contents. This instead will help in you in such a way that the probability of visitors on your page clicks the ads provided and will certainly increase your adsense earning through PPC.
Some people may have doubts that even though they are getting good page visits or page impressions; they are not getting paid for that. Here once again arises the term PPC. No matter you have got 1000 page impression, it’s always the clicks that matters. You will be rewarded only when a visitor clicks in the ads on your website. It is also not advisable to click the ads by your own in your website. That will against google adsense terms and policies. If you do so, your google adsense account will get banned by google.
